NDI ERROR: two dependencies have same uniqueID "R/-1/119974.prt/null".

I have received this error "NDI ERROR: two dependencies have same uniqueID "R/-1/119974.prt/null"."  Anyone else know have this problem and how do I fix it?

    I actually had a user get this on Monday.  Resolution #1 fixed it for him.

    We also tried Resolution #2 just to test it and that worked too.

    This is the error we had with WC10.2 and NX9

    NDI ERROR: two dependencies have same uniqueID "M/FC00********.prt/1".

    After cleaning the NX part the problem got resolved, the WGM upload worked after the clean process and we checked in the CAD
