nmsd error on startup?

One of my users has started getting an nmsd.exe error when starting ProE. "The application failed to initialze properly (0xc00000006). Click on OK to terminate the application." He can still work.

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

    Turns out that there was a running copy of nmsd.exe process left in the process list even when ProE wasn't running. Evidently left over from a crashed session of ProE.

    We picked end process tree in the task manager and then restarted ProE. Everybody was happy.
