Attached is a link to a product suggestion for allowing annotations (notes) to be related to one another. My initial suggestion was for notes to a weld note, but as Antonius noted, this could between separate annotations also.
I am not sure if this is what you meant by grouping notes within a view or not.
You can relate the note to a view... so yes, you can relate several notes to a view. But grouping the notes and relating the group to a view, no, not that I can find. But as Dale noted, we would certainly like that option.
