Options Menu not working

My options menu window appears to big and only shows either the top half which you are able to exit out of the window on, or the bottom half where you apply the changes you'd like to make. I can make the screen wider or thinner, but when I try to make it shorter by dragging the top of the window down it glitches and does not work. So none of the changes I make are ever applied.

    Hi Jackson,

    The issue appears to be graphics related.  Set the config option graphics to win32_gdi.  If this helps with the issue, then you may need to update the graphics card and/or the driver version.

    Jackson,

    This can be due to Monitor resolution. Preferred is 1280 x 1024(or higher)
