Output all Operations for CL Data

Create an option to Output all Operations CL data

I've created a poll for a product improvement.  I would like to see an output all operations tab in the Save a CL File button.  Quite a bit of my time is spent waiting for each output to complete just to start the next output.  If I could just pick output all operations, it would allow me to go on to other tasks while the CL data got computed.
