Poor STL files on edges rounds

Has anyone ever had troubles with RP houses saying the edge radii in STL files look gouged and not smooth?The chord height has beenadjusted to the input defaults, and angle control I've never been asked to change.This problem seems to have appeared in WF3 and WF4.
