Question

Pro-E for China branch

I have been asked to set up a Pro-E workstation for our China branch. I recently did this for a branch in the Netherlands by buying a workstation here in the states and loading 1 locked seat of Pro-E on it, running in english. The only problem I had was the power supply difference between the US and the Netherlands. Luckily the power supply on my workstation could be changed.

I do not need PDM or Windchill

I think they will want to run with Chinese menus. Will I be able to use the files they create just by opening in my Pro-e? Is it legal to send a pre-configured workstation with licensed software to a communist country?

Any suggestions and/or experiences would be much appreciated. Of course I only get to the end of this week to figure it all out!!!

Thanks in advance,
