Pro/E TK and Excel

Hello all,

I would like to extend a Pro/E TK application to read from an Excel
spreadsheet on a Windows platform. Can you provide a technique or point
me in the direction to accomplish this task?

    NitroMation-API does this right out of the box, and uses a scriptable interface to communicate with MS-Excel, Databases (e.g. Oracle, Ms-Access, MS-SQL Server, etc.) AND Pro/E at the same time.

    Robert,
    The easist way may be to use an ODBC connection. You can also use COM, but this may be alot of work if you just need to read in data.
