Problem downloading software with Chrome

Last week I notice a problem when trying to download software from PTC using Chrome. Seeing the same thing today.

I'm having to resort to using I.E. to download. Which is considerably slower.
I opened a call with PTC but haven't heard anything from them about the issue.
Anyone else having this issue with Chrome? I'm running 10.0.912.75 m
