Productview.
Associates,
I have just installed Productview on a PC in our marketing
department so that they can create some promotional literature. The
software launches fine but whenever I attempt to open a .ed file I get an
"it is an unrecognized file type" failure message even though I have the
file type set to "Product Structure". When I install the same software on
my work station everything works fine. Any ideas?
