ProductView 9.0 M070 - will not launch

Have just installed PV 9.0 Standard M070 on Windchill 9.1 M010. Having downloaded the client and Collective Document Support, when we try to view a document we just get a blank ProductView window. Starting ProductView standalone allows us to open documents ok though.
