ProE or Inventor?

Dear All, I know that this topic has been discussed many times... but want to discuss it with you because of a personal esigency... I need to know which of the 2 systems is : 1. The fastest in building parts from a macro file (that is without using the GUI) 2. The easiest to build parts from a macro file (or some other way) and to have them built correctly 3. The system which is mostly used in industry Please document your thought by pointing to some document or some technical review!
