A portal to a PTC User location doesn't show anyone where the PTC Community library of similar things is kept. That's the same location PTC links to in their Knowledge Base document.
This has nothing to do with CAD nor anything to do with the PTC Community update.
Please post to the relevant mailing list, and use a suitable email subject, instead of hijacking another subject and cross-posting to offtopic lists. Thank you.
