PTC.com login page error

When we open www.ptc.com first time for the day it asks for single sign on details. After providing correct information it gives the below error. Now, if i put ptc.com once again after this error it will open up the site. We have also given www.ptc.com as web browser homepage in Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 to all the users. This is frustrating the users. It happens on all the browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc..). OS is windows 7.

Modified the UAC to Never Notify and it did not help. Is there something can be done on the system or need to check with the IT team like to add it somewhere in the exception list?

Any help would be appreciated.
