PTC Knowledge Base Monitor Notification

My notifications have quit coming from PTC. Is anyone else receiving
their daily notification?

    in addition, I went in and removed all my subscriptions and tried to
    create new ones, but was unable... It appears that the product listing
    is missing which makes it impossible to set up a new subscription...
