Pulling a Parameter into Windchill

Gurus,

I want to do something that would seem common. I want to add a parameter to our parts that will populate the Description1 column in the metadata (not sure if thats the right thing to call it) area in Windchill. I tried using PTC_WM_Description1 but it says that parameter is already reserved.
