Qualitätsagent nicht zu öffnen

Hi,
Ich habe Probleme mit dem Qualitätsagenten, da dieser nicht ausgeführt werden kann. Aufgrund dieses Problems schließt er CREO sofort wieder....
Es hatte bereits schonmal funktioniert und ich habe es ein paar tage nicht benutzt und nun taucht beim öffnen diese Fehlermeldung: 0x06000012 auf.

    I have problems with the quality agents because this cannot be performed. Because of this problem, he immediately closes CREO... It worked already once and I got it a few days not used and now appears at the open this error message: 0 x 06000012 on. Hope you can help me!

    Reinstall PTC Quality Agent.
