Question for you electro mechanical types

I am trying to locate a manufacturer who makes something like this than fits a #10 pan head screw and has a .25" spade. I have spent the last hour searching the web to no avail and think my term spade is messing with me. I tried quick connect and terminal adaptor but I am having no luck other than this picture from china.
