Rand and PTC

What's the deal with Rand and PTC? I think I remember having them a falling out a little while back.
Does that mean Rand no longer sells ProE?

I just received a demo disk comparing Inventor vs. ProE and it was comical in how cumbersome it made ProE appear. The disk was developed by Rand so I have to assume they no longer sell ProE.

I was practically falling out of my chair laughing. It was pretty good!

    There was a falling out a few years ago. RAND sued PTC, and PTC countersued

    I thought that RAND sells CATIA... is it true ??
