Read only setting in Pro-summary

Thanks everyone for the quick responses.
Read-only affects regen time. Features that are read only do not get
regenerated, therefore greatly reducing regeneration times.

    We also use them here specifically on some of our library parts like
    bolts, nuts, washers, etc. That way, users don't accidentally modify
    something without them knowing it, and as was mentioned, it also speeds
    up regen time...
