Record Actions in Embedded Browser?

I am currently working on automating certain parts of ProE Wildfire 4.0 and have come across a problem. I can automate all parts of using Windchill in an external browser. I can even automate ProE itself by running the macros that are recorded in ProE's trail files.

However, the actions that are taken inside the embedded browser are not recorded. Is there a way to get those to be recorded in the trail files as well? Or some other way/tool to use? Mapkeys do not work either. There is certain functionality like activating workspaces that can only be done within the embedded browser...
