Anyone have a clue on how to find and delete "Curve id 307" (see image)?

    Have you tried using the find tool to search that assy for feature ID 307?

    That's assuming 307 is the feature ID, it looks as though it may be the entity ID. If so, this seems to be the closest search that might find it:
