Can someone give me a link to a page that shows all the functions available for use with relations?

    Help Center has a page that lists all functions for relations. Go to help center, fundamentals and search for relations.

    Help Center\Fundamentals\ProEngineer Fundamentals, go to Index tab; Type Relations, under that select: Functions used in Relations.
