Remove Multiple Included Surfaces and or References at the Same Time

Please add the ability to select multiple included surfaces and or references in all dialog boxes (for all commands) and add remove selected command to popup dialog box.

Currently you have to select each reference separately and click the remove command. We should be able to select multiple items and remove them all at once.

Verified in Creo  Parametric 2 M150 and Creo Parametric 3 M50
