Removing non-functional "help" icon from Creo tool bar

Anyone know how to remove this icon from the Creo tool bar? Mine instantly locks up the program and forces me to dump the program.

you must not be set up right or are being blocked.

I get directed to a browser window going directly to PTC eSupport.Portal

I have to log in and you must be able to accept cookies to access the site.

I have a PTC account and i just use a link in my browser. I don't need the "?" on my screen. I just want to figure out how to remove it.
