Required hints to create a flat state

Hi to everybody,

could you kindly examine my file and give me some hints to get a flat state?

You can simplify shape in order to make me understand where problem is.

Creo 3.0 file attached.

    There are compound curves in this part and thus Creo can't create a flat state. See the attached mark-up of your image indicating the area where there are curves in the side walls that are also connected to the radius at the bottom and thus the complex curvatures that can't be flattened.
