Is there a way to change the STATE text? I want to have something other than IN WORK or RELEASED as the text for the current state of the document.

    Jason, What document are you referring to? In our drawings, we have the a user parameter called "status" that we can set to whatever we want.

    Jason I'm assuming that you have a PDM system and if that is the case then your system admin can setup different release schemes, i.e. text. Without knowing which PDM system you are using I could not give instructions on how that is changed. On the Intralink 3x series there was a text file that is loaded for the release levels. Eric
