Save as jpg results in multiple screen shots within the image?

Hi,

Have any of you seen Creo output a save-as jpg that incorrectly contains multiple screenshots?

With Creo 1.0 M020, I routinelyperform a save-as .jpg for screen captures. After moving to Creo from WF I have a problem with the exported jpg image. I usually save B size images at 300 dpi but Creo exports a image that shows multiple screen shots within the same image. For example, if I have a model of a single bolt on my screen and press save-as jpg, when I open the image, there is a picture of 2 bolts.
