Section line length and position

Whenever I create a section view, the arrow line is very long and it is placed a long way from the view bounding box. Does anyone know how to make the arrow line shorter and move it closer to the view?

    Zoom out so you can see the view and the drawing, click the section line
    or arrow to select it and click and hold the arrow again to drag it
    where you want it. Depending on where you grab the arrow / letter, you
    can control either the length of that arrow only or both arrows at once.

    Thanks all, but I know I can manually drag the lines and arrows, but is
    there a way to see those lengths when I create the section?
