Shock analysis in Mechanica
We have access to Mechanica WF 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0. What, if any,
capabilities exist in Mechanica to perform shock analysis on metal
components. I need to apply a load of so many g's (20g, 50g, etc) for a
period of time ( 1 millisecond, .5 millisecond, etc) and then be able to
check the stress and deflection. What is the best type of analysis in
Mechanica to be able to accomplish this.
