Sketcher line resolution is choppy

How can I change the sketcher line resolution?
The problem shows up while dynamically redefining a large circle. The
lines appear choppy and it's no longer a smooth line.
I have my model display setting to high, edge quality is also set to
high, but these setting do not control the sketcher resolution.
