Solid tools set up

First reproduce the tool geometry creating a part or assembly. Then create the parameters to be used in Pro/NC: (lathe) NOSE_RADIUS SIDE_ANGLE END_ANGLE TOOL_WIDTH LENGHT etc... Create a CSYS (named TIP). This is the point that will follow the tool path. Then retrieve the solid tool in your nc session. Tools Setup: File>Open Tool Library Hope this helps.
