Could any one suggest me link to download SolidWork Work Group Manager?

There isn't a specific WGM for Solidworks.

You have to download WGM for your specific version of Windchill then, during installation, choose Solidworks from the list.

Could you please help me to provide some link of the reference document of windchill installation with SWX WGM.

I will share that document with our IT team to get it installed.
