Summary-Constraining parts with angle dim

HI all,
While talking with Ptc, I played around with the numbers and finally got
what I wanted. When going from either .6 or .7 to anything in between,
nothing happened. But if I change the numerical value to be a little more
drastic to begin with, then change it back, it takes. In my case, I went
down to .5, then back to .67, and it worked. Ptc was able to duplicate the
issue, which made them think it was an accuracy issue, although I never
modified the accuracy value. Seems like it's always something.
