summary: dec. places in a table

After the text for the parameter, you call out the number of decimal places using square brackets. Example:

&length[.4]

    That would be true if you manually put in each parameter in to the table
    but not when you use repeat regions.

    It does work with simple repeat regions. I am not sure about 2D

    Example.
    &fam.inst.param.value[.0]
    [&rpt.rel.convert[.1]]

    I tried it this morning and couldn't get it to work, so I assumed it was
    lost in the fire.
