Summary: Delayed Regeneration
Apparently there isn't a way (or at least no one here knows of one) to delay
regeneration. The only suggestion that I got was to use Simp Reps to
improve regen times.
I did find another way to address this situation though.
I found that by using the search tool, I could locate, select and replace
all of the fasteners that I needed to in one pass.
