Summary - Hole Notes

It was as I feared. The only way others have found to change the note
format, was to delete, and recreate the hole.

    Unfortunately... they have fixed this issue in WF4. Note the 'reset'
    button in the corner. You'll still have to manually do this to each
    hole to fix it, but at least you don't have to delete and recreate...
