Summary Meaning of Model Tree Icons

I don't think I was clear in my original post below - my apologies. I
was looking for a graphic
per the descriptions another fellow explodee posted as a summary back on
3-29-06
for the exact same question. Thanks again for the 5 of you who
responded.

    Maybe a vendor with booth space at the upcoming conference can put
    together a comprehensive chart/key of all the possible model tree icons to
    print on swag (e.g. mouse pad, month-at-a-glance calendar, etc.) that
    they give away to attendees that pay them a visit ...

    After the conference they could then make that chart/key available for
    download on their website, as PDF, for anyone who wasn't fortunate enough
    to attend.

    Amending their logo and/or contact information to that chart/key would be
    understandable.
