Summary - Modify Spline Drag Handles

Turns out there are at least 4 SPRs on this (2058777, 2056036, 2053206
and 2034046), reported in WF5 M060, M070 and M080. All reported
resolved in M110, so I'm off to download an update, likely M130, the
newest WF5 available.

    Beware... Build M120 has some serious problems in part mode. Several of our engineers requested to go back to M100 and have not had a problem since.

    What kind of problems? I am on 120 and have not really noticed anything
    beyond the normal Pro/E idiosyncrasies.

    Random crashes in part mode. The two engineers here that had the problem said the problem went away in M100.

    I downloaded and installed M130 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
    I did have one user reply and indicated that he found that M110 did not
    in fact fix it. Other folks on M040 did not have the problem.
