Summary of Sheet Number next to XSection arows

Original question:

ProE Version 2001

How can a note be created that attaches to the cross section arrows in a view?
The logic is to create a note, no leader, offset, make note
or
right click on the note and just add the extra text to the section letter.

But it doesn't work that way.

The only way I can do it is by creating a free positioned note and relating it to the view.

SUMMARY:

The few replies that I got pointed to use "Relate Object" under the Tools command.
TOOLS, RELATE OBJ, ADD ITEMS this will allow you select your A and than select your Sheet 3.
Once this is done try to move your A and notice that the text moves with it.

I tried it but it doesn't work on my Pro 2001 product build 2003010.

Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know how to do this in Wildfire? It doesn't appear to work
the same way. The Relate Object command is under the Edit > Group menu,
but it forces you to create a draft group prior to being able to relate
objects, but after you create the draft group, you can't relate the
    objects to the section arrow.

Here is another lame work-around. You could add the sheet number callout to
    the section name.
