Summary: strong, weak, locked, unlocked dimensions in sketcher
Thanks for all of the quick responses. Everyone just confirmed what I
guess I knew already.
Locked: don't allow lines, arcs, etc. to be adjusted by the changing of
another component dimensions or position, while unlocked do.
Strong: are modifiable in the model.
