tapped hole note display

In Creo 1 m30; How do you get the standard tapped hole notes to show up on in the model?
I've got the "Annotation Display" icon selected on the view tab but, they don't show up. Isn't that what controls them?
The notes will only appear when I pick the hole note from the model tree AND THEN spin the model slightly, after which the note will disappear.
What I'm I missing?

    HelloTracy Willis,



    When you are take hole tool. in that tool there is a placement pannel name PLACEMENT,SHAPE,PROPERTY,NOTE..


    Just see into the Note, in note just check it if there is a mark on ADD NOTE.



    if not then mark on that and see it is visual or not..
