I am facing the below issue while splitting work piece in Creo parametric.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

    Could it be that the part is imported and there is an error like a bad vertex on the geometry at that spot?

    I think the problem is just you have a hole directly inside your parting surface.

    When you look throught the hole you see background color (white) instead of parting surface color (blue).

    Try to fill it and it should work.
