Unable to activate - 2 activations limit

I can't activate PE on a second computer. It says I've already done so and reached the limit, though I don't think I have. Per the troubleshooting guide, I sent an email to OneSpace_Modeling_PE@cocreate.com, but the cocreate postmaster sends a reply that delivery failed.

    Hello, the email bounced back because the email address you used has a small typo in it. The correct email address is: OneSpace_ModelingPE@CoCreate.com Please feel free to send us a support request.

    You should change your documentation to show the correct address. I got it from your Product Activation Guide.

    Thank you very much for the information. I double-checked the addresses and bot of them are working now.
