wave springs

I would like a little help in getting started creating a wave spring.
If anyone can get me start in the right direction it would be appreciated.

    I downloaded a wave spring model from www.proecentral.com and learned from
    that. It was created using a variable section sweep, normal to origin
    trajectory.
