WF2 & Internet Explorer 8
I'm not sure that PTC ever officially said IE7 was supported.
OK, I did a ptc.com search for 'internet explorer support' and found the
first result [1] was from 2006 and warned against using IE7. A few
items down, however, lead to a page last updated in May 2008 [2] that
indicated that IE7 is recommended or required (depending on how you
interpret the chart) for WF3 M070 and above.
I expect that you'll find similarly clear communication going forward on
IE8.
