Where to go to get help with CoCreated PE?

Will anyone tell me where or if there is a forum or turtorials for CoCreate PE? This forum I think no one looks at very much. I have had a question posted here for two weeks and no response at all. I suppose because the software is free PTC does not feel they should or need to contribute here. I can understand that so where can I go for help. The help included is not complete or accurate. Thank you

    Hello Bruce, the forum is frequently checked and the Modeling PE team regulary checks this forum for new entries. About the Tutorial issue you reported to Verena one of our team members will check this. The technical question on the dimension driven rectangle is going to be discussed in the thread you opened for the circle. Mike did already reply to part of this inquiry of you ...
