Wildfire 5.0 Mechanica "enhancements"???

Anyone got a link, or document on what "enhancements" were done to
Mechanica in Wildfire 5? We're on WF4 and I'm just wondering if there
is any added functionality that I would find particularly useful...

    the main point is the inclusion of small strain plastic model and a new type of constrain.
