Windows 10, Start Menu Cascading Menus

In Windows 7 I set up folders & shortcuts in here

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Creo Software

To create the following cascading menu structure. Is there anyway to do this on Windows 10. I don't want to use a 3rd party app. I want something native to how windows works.

The only other option would be to bring back the quick launch bar and put my shortcuts in there. Not sure if I cascade the quick launch bar menus.

David,  Did you find an answer to this?  I am just starting with Windows 10.  Lots to learn here.  I have a .exe that I use to install.  the install is a 7zip with some batch files to load my customizations.  It seems that I have to run the .exe as an administrator.  While this works, it is giving me issues.  I don't see any real helps on Windows 10 and maybe we need to start from here and add our issues.  Let me know if you found any good way make your shortcuts.
