Question from Kevin:  Is "Part from body" associative?  Will updates in the first model be passed to the second model?

Answer:  It is automatically associative.  If you want to turn it off you can select "edit definition" on the External Copy Geometry feature in the part created from the body, and under the options tab, select "Automatic Update". "Manual Update" or "No Dependency".
